THE OUTDOOR SHOPS SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order is placed, most orders will be fulfilled within 1-10 business days, depending on inventory levels. Most orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. If your order takes longer than 3 business days, we are awaiting inventory from our suppliers. In the event that an order takes or will take longer than 10 business days to fulfill, The Outdoor Shops will reach out to informing of this within 3 business days of an order being placed.
Each order will be shipped either through UPS or USPS, with UPS being our primary shipping distributor. After the order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Each of these services take 3-5 business days after they receive the package.
Exemptions apply to these policies (i.e. POLYWOOD®).
POLYWOOD
Polywood orders are built to order and ship directly from Polywood to the customer. Please allow up to three business weeks for shipping information of Polywood items. Polywood does tend to experience delays in shipping during peak seasons (i.e. beginning of Summer). Item(s) will be drop shipped directly from Polywood via FedEx ground or through XPO Logistics.
ORDER DISPUTES
If there is an issue with your order (i.e. missing/broken items), please contact us via info@theoutdoorshops.com within 10 days of receiving the order with images attached to the email. We will investigate the issue and come up with a solution.
